At Henco Design, we strive to deliver high-quality, unique products that meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for clear guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • Due to the custom and 3D-printed nature of our products, personalized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable files) are non-returnable once accessed, as per industry standards.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at henkshop@me.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exceptions

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for returns.

International Returns

For international orders, please contact us at henkshop@.com for specific instructions. Note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees, unless the item is defective.
