LJ12 inductive proximity sensor for FarmLink plate racks. Detects whether a slot is empty or holding a build plate and reports occupancy to the Rack Module.
See every slot. Feed the robot the right plate. The FarmLink Slot Sensor is an industrial-style LJ12 inductive proximity sensor for each compartment in a FarmLink plate rack. It detects metal build plates without contact and tells the Rack Module whether the slot is empty or occupied.
Mount one sensor per slot you need to monitor — up to 16 per rack. Status appears in the PrinterCell web interface and over MQTT, so a robot or farm script can pick a full slot and return a finished plate to an empty one.Capacity
  • 1 sensor per rack slot
  • Up to 16 sensors per rack
  • Up to 4 racks per FarmLink cell = 64 monitored plates
Control
  • Connects through the FarmLink Rack Module
  • Occupancy visible in the local web interface
  • Available over MQTT for robots, Home Assistant, Node-RED and custom farm software
